Hi am appaled by the service at Placecol Irene Mall!!! I went there yesterday for my monthly eyebrow wax... which was one extremely painfull (more so than always as the technician clearly has no cloo what she is doing) after she was done, I was asked to check if I was happy. I had a look. I had to tell the technician that my eyebrows were unevenly shaped and that she had missed spots and then after fixing it, it was still uneven... not cleanly waxed!!! This is the second time that this has happened at this branch! its discusting that you guys ask more than the other placecol branches but the quality is not nearly the same! I will definitely never go back and you will NOT get a referral from me ever!! I now need to go to one of you other branches to get this fixed and PAY AGAIN for something I already paid for!! discusting!
