I purchased a Secret Slimmer from the Glomail in Pavilion on the 17/05/2013 especially for my 21st party on the 18/05 and the sales lady at the time helped me choose my size and when I asked if she's sure that it's the right size, she said yes. I only tried it on on the 18/05 and it felt too tight and there was a ladder down the one side. I keep contacting the store itself and keep getting told by the sales people that they have to check with head office. I was only advised AFTER I sent a complaint through to their head office that the sales person should have told me to buy one size bigger and that it's too late now and I can't return it because it's underwear. Why am I paying for someone else's faults, when the sales team should be trained to properly advise on the products. Not happy at all. I've phoned the store countless times for feedback and still have none.
