First of all i wrote an email to them requesting a specific game, and i was replied roughly 20 minutes later stating that the game was unfortunately not available at this time, but they can order in the game for me if i am willing to wait a bit.
i went to the shop to just browse through the games that they had, and having dealt with places like BT games in the past with horrible service i did not intend to stay long or purchase anything.
the sales assistant greeted me the moment i set foot into the shop and offered to help me, but not like the normal help that they just stand around and wait for you to call them.
the person (cant remember his name) made honest and informed recommendations to what game, amine and series i should look at.
he made me feel like a friend, made me feel comfortable and also he gained a sale out of me that day.
the staff there are golden... keep it up guys, you are the best
