Dissapointed by BT Games

Truelly unhappy and dissapointed after speaking to the sales person a male to make sure that on pre-order of BF4 Deluxe edition we will recieve "physical" dogtags and today i bought my game BF4 Deluxe Edition and did not recieve my dogtags as promised by the sales guy

So where is it my promised dogtags as i take this very seriously ..its like u messing with my religion here

I keep BT games responsible for giving my dogtags to me, as promised by a member of there staff working for them

As i made it clear that that is the order of my purchase
He confessed it that i will get physical dogtags and not digital ones

Do u really think i paid this price for the game too be dissapointed as that is the reason i bought it was to recieve my physical dogtags in the first place
So wat now must i return the game?
