This is now the second time I try to use the wi code provided for ezicoupons. Last month I bought over R3500 of groceries where I could have saved around R400. Today I bought milk bread an cereal where I could have saved over R10. The code worked but does not deduct the amounts. Same happened today. Clients behind us get nirritated and start making comments, then I was told mabey its not the right products, they will check on their system. Came back and told me it is the right products, pin in code again. Then after a nother 5 minutes, oh they are sorry but they think they are not set up for the ezicoupons yet - same story last month. I am very dissipointed and if this carry on I will take my business on a daily basis to another store. Very unhappy as you have to deal with other clients that are rude towards you for taking so long.
