I was now in the last 15 min at Checkers 07/07/13 at a till "c0318 #0179 where no one would help pack our R1500.00 groceries... but two tills down there where 2 packers talking and they did see that we need help, My wife recently had a neck operation and she out of desperation she started to pack and lift the goods into the trolley I stopped her and said I would do it myself " THIS IN FULL VIEW OF THE MANAGER!!! " I wanted to complain then a packer came strolling down and proceeded to laugh at us the way we packed the goods... I was furious and to make matters worse the teller placed my credit card into the machine and while I was watching the transaction she violently turned it around and with a force pulled my card out and gave to me, if Checkers dont believe me then look at your video play back for this date 16.36 07/07/13 This is he last time I have this as before it happened and I let it go. People need jobs and he ones that have do not care its a bad situation as other that I know will not shop there anymore... Checkers you need to educate your staff to be more friendly after all you are taking our money.
