As a loyal customer of Checkers I spend average R2500 - R3500 a month on groceries each month. The last four months I wanted to use my WiCode and as always when you get to the paying point the system is ALWAYS offline. This is why must I let it go for the 4'th month and counting. Management is always no where to be seen and everybody look at you as your crazy and they just don't want to get up and help a loyal customer? R200 does not seem much to them but take that over 4 months? Each time I end up walking out without using my Eezi Coupons and still paying the bill. Why pay so much to promote a service for your customer but we can't use or benefit out of it? I can assure you I was not the only client being dissapointed again today!!!
