I logged a compalin on hellopeter and the response i got was that my matter is been looked into. I even called the number on the response with reference number however was told that the matter is transfered to the relevant store for clearance. A week went by and the relevant store manager tells me that they will not clear my account i must go to any store of which ive been going to & didnt get help, he said or call customer services although they also told me that this is not a matter in their hands. My credit balance is R7592 according to them & no 1 tells me who is supposed to clear the insurance amount of which its not mine but in my account & the interests which accrued due to the over balance of it. I have been paying my account very well & to my understanding & calculations, i owe not more than R400 and not their R7529. Now ny credit record is messed because of people whi dont do their job right & treat their customers as they should. I was even told that even if they deduct the insurance money the interests that came with it will remain. I hate how i get treated like it is my fault they paid insurance on my account, its clear they dont see the worth of having customers.
