Jet 1 West st.
I went to Jet this morning to buy a few things for my baby, gave Phume 52 so she cud give me 10rand change. The total was 42rand. She got rude and said take ur R2 I said to her I wanted R10 that is why am giving u R52. She asked is she suppose to get the 10r I told her that's not how u speak with customers. She got so rude and said ill hit u with that Thing on ur tummy, Hama La nalento yakho meaning leave the shop with that thing. Am over 9 months pregnant, she even said this thing is making me like this. She doesn't greet or smile just asked if I ve an acc or not? I had to greet her, her attitude is not good its terrible worse she is working with people. Jet I can't believe url employ people whu speak like they come from the Bush.
I ve never been so humiliated in my life, a cashier whu works for a well know store, to be speaking like this.
Please intervene on this ASAP, its not good for the store reuputation. I will have picture taken than take it to the Newspaper, this girl has no respect, she treats customer like rubbish.
