To whom It may concern...
IF you took any notice of my financial record, you would see I have never been late with a payment AND I am currently paying R50.00 per month instead of the required R39.65
I DO NOT appreciate getting a message on my cell phone stating I am late with a monthly payment, while according to my statement the due date is June 9th.
Kindly get your accounts department to get its act together, as you will be receiving my payment (as always) before the due date!
