during my very strict lunch hour. And although was told lunch hours for sister is 12-1 when I got there its 1-2 and although the sister on duty is helping people who where waiting a very stupid rude customer care agent was prompt to tell me that the couldnt wouldnt whatever the lame excuse for incompetance is...
as a result I will never ever spend my measly monthly spend of meds, detergents baby products etc there again and will be cutting up my Loyalty Card forthwith
