Still no response about my residency visa

I signed up with Sami and paid around R29, 000 (from memory) for a Business Visa and Residency.

2.5 years later I eventually got my Business visa but now 3.5 years later I still haven't got my residency visa and am told that I didn't pay for it and also need to apply again (as they have lost the application).

Not good service at all and I recommend that if you want professional service you do not use this company. At one stage after my constant emails I was told that I would be added to their spam filter. Outrageous customer service.
