I purchased an ADDIS New Age Mop at a large retain outlet. The sponge fell apart after one use. This was replaced with reluctant grace by the retainler. The replacement sponge refill suffered a similar fate. Using the web page contact I sent in a "product performance report" to the company. I have received a prompt reply, an apology for the inconvenience; an explanation for the problem... and the offer to make good plus some of the refills. Way to go ADDIS.
