The Tokai store is an absolute disgrace. We were there to purchase a MacBook for my daughter only to find they were out of stock again!!! What irritates me is that they still have the demo model on the shelves... if you don't have stock don't advertise the goods. Furthermore, the item was advertised for R13700 whilst on special for R12999. How many people did they catch who have unknowingly paid the full price.
My daughter was applying for finance for the MacBook & that experience was just as bad. Firstly they captured her name incorrectly & had to do it all again. Then there was a dispute about affordabilty but there was nobody to talk to at the "head office" as they all went home at 2pm. If the stores are accepting finance applications until close of business then the "head office" should be available until then. The issues were raised with the branch manager who attitude came across as being totally disinterested. We were also told that if we try and apply for finance within 7 days it will appear as on their systems and could affect her credit bureau records... SHOCKING
We will NEVER go back to that store again.
