This complaint may seem small and petty but small can make the difference between good and bad service. I wanted to buy something from your store and according to the east gate site your trading hours are 9 a.m to 6 p.m Monday to Thursday. I raced to the store and when I arrived at 5:54 p.m the doors were closed. When I tried to get the assistant's attention she they ended not to see me. Anyway like I said, small but nevertheless bad service.
