I ordered a smartphone from fnb and dital planet made contact with me, i was in cape town and instructed them to deliver to a different person for me, I explained all this only to find out nothing was updated on their system and they still had me as the contact person for delivery, the driver went to the correct place of delivery but with the wrong information, now i have to wait again and this smartphone was intended as a present..i never had this issue previously when fnb used RAM to do deliveries, why change to a bunch of amatuers and incompetent group who cannot even get a delivery corect- the irony being this is one of their primary services offered, i am disgusted
