After trying to place an pre-order for The Last of Us online through kalahari and finding they wont accept Ebucks, I turned to the old friend Takealot, not only accepting Ebucks, but who in the past went out of their way to pick up and replace faulty PC components (to the point where after the first part was broken they didn't even examine the motherboard, but immediately shipped a replacement that was delivered simultaneously with the faulty part pick up).
After what appears tons of negative reviews, thought I would chime in with the incredibly effective service I've received from them, and despite paying a small amount more will be using them exclusively in the future (provided they don't get this order/late wrong).
