On sunday, my sister and I walk into the store to purchase 2 pairs of shoes that were advertised "BUY ONE GET ONE FREE" we speak to the sales consultant, Michaela who confirms that it will be R889! I give my sister the cash to purchase the shoes... unfortunately there wasn't an available size for my sister after Michaela called around. We then settle on another colour and Michaela keeps it for us. When my sister returned yesterday, she was told that it's actually R1299 that we need to pay (higher price of the 2)!!! I call the store now and ask for a contact at H/O where SHANAAS (incompetent, grade 3 material) tells me this "we will not give you the number, come to the store and show me who it was" HILARIOUS IF YOU ASK ME!!! So I must drive all the way to her to show her who MICHAELA is!!! DUMB! Also, SHANAAS tells me "I am the store manager and I train my staff on what to tell the customers" Like seriously??? none the less, I will advise my contacts all over about this service and rip off!
