I ordered something from importitall to have it delivered to an address in Centurion. I was supplied with a tracking number as soon as it was available & was delivered all within the promised time. However, no one was there to collect it the first time. All good & well, they attempted delivery again without success. Importitall persisted with the delivery & finally found someone home the 3rd try.
I would like to thank them for great service & keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process & not charging me an extra dime for all the extra effort from their side!
I would like to thank Mervin Moodley personally for keeping in touch with me even though I am not in SA at the moment.
