I wanted to buy a gift for one of my colleagues who was leaving the company and i know he loves soccer so i called to get the Katlego Orange Africa cup of Nations 2013 soccer ball. They told me it was out of stock but called the other branches in SA. She managed to get one at a branch in JHb and with my luck it was an original Katlego ball... she then arranged for one of her colleagues (Ruan or Roland) to collect the ball for me in JHB and deliver it to my work... I felt that that was service and they went the extra mile to help me... so i would like to say thank you to Kgotso and her team for the good service
