I called them 3 days ago looking for my invoice for goods bought.
I bought a washing machine from them and had lost my own invoice due to moving etc. I call the Eco Park branch and the number was diverted to Menlyn, the lady in Menly gave me Eco Park's branch manager's details to call him, he explained that they were moving to a new store and that i must sms him my identity number he will check and i must call him after 20 mins.
I called in the afternoon, he gave the phone to some lady of which i had to explain my story again and this lady told me they could not log in as the server was down... thier cellphone battery went dead.
I call again later and Thomas suggested i call the Head Office, the lady at Head Office (Dineo) was very polite and suggested i open a complaint against them because it is not my fault that the store is moving and they can't log in.
I called for an update but nothing has changed... and its been 3 days now still not having any joy.
I need my purchasing number please!
