On ordering and purchasing a iPhone 5 32GB phone via their website, I contacted the supplier to see whether i could get a white unit. I was informed that there weren't any white units in stock but that they would check with their suppliers. I was then contacted via phone by Yaseen from Excellular and told that unfortunately their suppliers were also struggling to get white units but that Excellular would try anhd see what they could do.
2 days later when i received my phone i was pleasantly surprised to have received a white unit. Aparently Excellular received a shipment of untis and in the shipment there were 2 white units. Straight away they reserved me one and sent it through to me.
Very impressed with the service and professionalism in which my purchase was dealt with.
