TV sent in twice for repai

Hi

My brother gave in the TV for repairs as it was purchased almost two years ago. The warranty expires in July this year. The TV just stopped working in aroung February, so it was given in to Game for repairs, now bear in mind this was a brand new TV, it was the old box type. We went and fetched the TV end of March as they claimed it had been repaired, now the TV is not tested while you are there so you have nop clue whether it has been fixed or not. When we got home we discovered that the TV was still not working, when we switched it on it made a continous static noise and sounded like it was going to blow up with no picture. We then took it back, at which point we asked for a loan TV but then they didn't have one as all were supposedly out on loan, but after having an agrument with them they pulled a demo TV out and allowed us to use that, over 21 days passed and then we receive a call to say no we can not fix this TV but we will refund you your money. The TV was R800, and Game does not sell those TV's anymore, realistically speaking can you buy a TV for R800 now, so we said fine can we keep the demo tv and pay in the difference, ccan;t type anymore call me
