During the beginning of 2012 my Sportscene card was declared lost/, I went to the golden acre branch and reported it immediately, I spoke to a customer services consultant on the line and he updated all my details and told me that my card was blocked. I never received any confirmation of this change and never received a new card. The sales person in town just told me that it was blocked and no one could make any purchases on the card. Then on the 28th of Feb 2012 I believe that at the Salam centre branch and Promenade branch there were two Fruadulant purchases made on my card which Sportscene has yet to sort out. My Credit rating has been negetively affected by this and making my life very hard to apply for credit elsewhere! :(
