Disgusted at Dinah Laka's Service or Lack Thereof

My family & I went to Edgars Clearwater on 25/05/2013. We needed a quick question answered so my husband asked Dinah who was passing if she worked there. She said no while walking passed him not even looking at him. She then said she was helping another customer anyway. I asked her why she to my husband about working at Edgars to which she completely ignored me. I eventually asked for her name and she walked passed and ignored me. I asked for her name again to which she still ignored me. I walked to where she was with the customer & asked her if she was going to give me her name to which she ignored me as if I never existed. I took a photo of her as I didnt know what else to do. I spoke to Joseph Bila & Manager Estelle van Rooyen who were both professional and accommodating. When Estelle went to Dinah & asked for her full name Dinah gave her attitude and was completely disrespectful towards Estelle in her body language. I've never experienced such rudeness & disrespect towards customers/manager in public & I can't understand how someone that acts like that is working with customers. Not only did she ignore me but she openly spoke about me to the customer & colleag
