I found an unmarked item on the shelf at your store so I asked one of your staff members where the price scanner was. I was told there isn't one and she walked away.
So I approached another two staff members chatting away so I excused myself and asked if they could give me a price as they were standing at a computer. I wasn't greeted, communicated too, the item was snatched out of my hand, scanned and the price blurted out
Where is the etiquette? Where is the good day sir! How may I help you? The smile the customer service way. This all from a manager. You clearly don't employ the correct people.
