I am creating this report because It seems like the last one cannot be changed by myself. I purchased a Nokia Lumia 800 and was charged more than the amount displayed. The manager from the store rectified the problem for me within 5 minutes of getting there. She was also very apologetic and kind the whole time, which is great because you normally get treated with a bad attitude when you have made a complaint.
I'll definitely go back to the specific branch again in future. :)
