My husband bought a queen sized bed cash in 2010 first week of December from the above mentioned company. We paid the delivery charges to the sales man and it was delivered. We noticed that the bed had faults on it within three days after we bought it, we then went back to the store to report about the bed since the bed was still new and under gurantee. The then manager of the store said he will resolve the matter, the matter was recorded on the books of the company, we were told to wait since it was December and the companies were closed and He never came back to me. We then contacted Mr Muvhango the District manager who said I must go choose a bed in store that will replace the bed I bought, which I did and He was forever not availble on his work and private phone. I then spoke a lady called Ivy who is now the branch manage instore at mall @ carnival which she called Mr. Muvhango and they made arrangements that I must pay 500 which I did on the 20/04/2013 BUT I STILL DONT HAVE A BED. I asked for my money back which I couldnt get. My back (Spine) is suffering and is worse now.
