Warranty Base and Matress paid not received

I had a warranty claim for my base and matress and paid in an amount in September'12 and was told that Russels Benoni will deliver.
Ref CAS-47024-L89VS9, CAS-47025-SFSZJD
I am still waiting for my Bed.
Its now 4 months, everytime i call i am told its on order not received,
