A month ago I bought 3beds, tv and TV stand - I only received the beds last week and up until to this day I still have not received my TV stand, when I call the branch they tell me about the warehouse I have contacted them many times before and they always shifts the blame to someone. I have made it clear that I can only be contacted between 12 - 1pm because of the nature of my job but they choose to call at wrong times causing me to call them back wasting my airtime but still not getting results - now its month end must I pay for the TV stand that I don't have? I am so angry I don't want to hear anything I want this deal to be cancelled and I would go to another supplier who will not take a month to deliver my stock, this is the worse service I have ever got in my life and I regret going to electric express. I WILL NOT P AY FOR THE STAND I DONT HAVE.
