I went to pick and pay yesterday (24/05/2013) the ques were very long and I was with my 3year old son who was not feeling well, he was crying and very tired, one lady was about to close her till and I asked her if I can pay on her till so I could get my son home, she agreed without hesitation I did not even have to tell her that my son was sick, what a service,
To top it all Merona was packing for her and as my son continue crying she gave him R5 to buy sweets and even waited for me to get my son a chocolate and find us a till that I can pay quickly,
Children and sweet, my son responded well, I was very touched by their kindness, they just reminded me why I shop at pick and pay.
