Charge for undelivered goods

They have send my goods to the wrong address and someone sign on my behalf.l have done the necessary follow-up with them.they are falling to assist me .they keep on sending me SMS saying l have an overdue amount.please help this is affecting my credit profile and very distressing, as l will not pay for goods not received.
