I have always bought Woolworths products because the Woolworths brand is known for its outstanding quality. For the past 3 years I have been buying the Woolworths doggie treats at a very expensive price compared to other doggie treats. Lately, I have been buying the product and storing it with all my other dgggie snacks, and in the past year a have probably lost about 20 packets of their "Best Friend Chicken Breast Dog Treat" due to mould growing on the product long before its expiry date. (Mould in January and expires in September of the same year) I have phoned in and complained about this on more than one occasion and then the Woolworths call centre just pacifies me with a Woolworths gift voucher, which isn't nearly covering all of the stock that I have lost due to this problem. I am very disappointed because I feel that Woolworths does not take customer complaints and complaints regarding the quality of their products very seriously.
