I bought a walking ring for R229 at Jetmart in Gugulethu. My daughter is 7 months is the only one using it. The walking ring has been falling apart but because it was functional I did not take it back. The music button stopped working in a week, the seat supporter broke, The belt or material that I supposed to be supporting her body sometimes lets go off the hook and she falls of. The last straw is when the two tyres just broke from the walking ring. So you can imagine how this walking ring looks like and how unsafe it is for my child. I called the Manager there he said there is no guarantee for such so I corrected him telling him that it was impossible, yesterday I took it to him and he said that he cannot take it back as it is wear and tear, did the wheel and the back supported its plastic that broke so who's fault is that the 7 months old? I bought this walking ring 23 March if not 24th of March, it is ripping of if they expect me to pay for something that is barely 2month.
