Bought a TV from Game it was on sale from day one it had a problem it switch itself on and of the volume will take its self high and low I thought it needed a special Ariel but I later realised that it was a TV I took it to them before the guarantee ended within Weeks it came back but it was not fixed as it was still doing the same problem I send it back they told me that it has to go back for repair as it was not month yet! to my surprise a lardy by the name of Joyce called me to say I must pay as its out of warranty! when I confronted them they changed their story that the was cockroaches in the TV they did't say one thing it was different things that was said in the their system they even had my names wrong in their system even the dates of everything was wrong I bought the TV cash so for them to give me my money back or new TV its a problem their day light robbers!!! I posted on their facebook wall ttheir head office responded but they didn't help at all they told me that the store management will come back to me till today their still coming back till today
