The staff at EDCON is useless.
I have been trying to set them up as an bennificiary to pay my edgars account. I was hanging on and being transfered from pillar to post but not one consultant was able to help me.
After a hour of hanging on and being transfered from acounts to internet dept and acounts again, bear in mind im using my cellphone. I was told by a lady in the accounts department that I have to call MY BANK wich is ABSA to list them on the BANKING PROFILE. That was unacceptable.
I got on the phone to fnb, gave them the the branch code and branch name to look up and guess what. THE BRANCH WAS CLOSED
I am tired to do the the staff of Edcon's work for them and I hope, i will close my account with Edgars today because I cant spend my hard earned salary at a place that employ thet is lazy to lift up a phone
