The RCS staff member was indeed on her cell phone with her Regional Manager in an attempt to resolve the confusion that was caused due to your request in store differing from the email sent out earlier to yourself and the store.
It was not the RCS team member's intention to imply that you were untruthful and we do apologise if this was misconstrued.
The Facebook posts were removed due to the significant amount of inappropriate and foul language used.

So she BBM's her regional manager then smirks at me? BS and you know it! A store supervisor was sorting out the problem while that THING sat with her CELLPHONE.

Also why would she be on her cellphone with the regional manager when her direct manager whom she spoke to over the store phone couldn't do anything? Explain that to me bright spark.

Yes it was her intention to imply I wasn't truthful. she said so. More than once!
Do I need to record everything when it comes to Game now?
