Ok Furniture/Power Express

I bought LG DVD home theater in 2011 and this year in April it started not to play DVD and CD. I took it back as its still under warranty for fixing, I than got it back mid May where it only worked for one week. I took it back again than on Monday the 8th of July I collected it as they said its fixed but when I arrive home it only play cd's, I want to play both as it was doing before. I want to know how many times am I going to return it for it to be properly fixed. I can't go to the same store every month for the same problem without any help.

I want OK Furniture Management to explain to me if this is how the treat us as customers. Do I have to go to their store too many times for my DVD home theater to be fixed properly. Am not happy with the way they are running their things. Not at all.
