Hello all. I bought a GHD in July 2011. July 2012, it just stopped working. Exactly one year from date of purchase. Since it is still under warranty, i have sent it in for repairs 3 times since then, July 2012, October 2012 and January 2013. Once again, my GHD has just stopped working and need to be serviced again. i use my hair iron a maximum of 3 times a week so it is def not being overused. Although i enjoy the results of the GHD, i have to admit that the quality does not rank very high. I am utterly disappointed as these straighteners are definitely not cheap and i expected more from GHD.
