Efuse to give assistance at H/O level

Contacted H/O to get my payment history, they refuse to give it as they need proof that i paid account . what is this. In my time that i have worked for retail have never come across such. They suppose to be head office and assist you. She is vey unhelpful, sarcastic and think she will descide whether to help you or not. Please be aware of her. Will never deal with such arrogance
