Checkers sells expired goods

I guess I have just had enough! Checkers had their fridges stocked with Parmesan Cheese, I bought one, took it home, my domestic packed my stuff away and threw my receipts, which I never bother keeping anyway. Unfortunately the thing was expired by 2 weeks, and there is no way I can prove it because I don't have my slip, but i shouldnt have to do this! I just wish suppliers would start paying more attention! I am fed up with poor service, badly stocked shelves, and lack of continuity with most retail stores!!
