Hi,
I've made a payment on the 12 Dec on account 7000100100098798150. and requested for a paid up letter and was advised to go to Edcon to request a letter, I did that and edcon advised that I still have an open amount and they cannot issue me with the letter till that amount is paid. I have been phoning VVM since and I always get told that they have sent the reversal to Edcon and Edcon will rectify and I must go back to them is 4 weeks. OK I have lost count of the number of 4 weeks that I get told the same thing and till date I 'm still going through the same thing. can someone please assist I need to clear my credit Profile.
I've been patient since December 2012.
