I opened an account at mr price, got an sms saying it has been approved.
went back to activate the account, i waited close to 20minutes before i could be helped
then this guy came dragging his feet with an attitude, asked to see the sms then he couldn't find my application
i waited for him about 10minutes he then came with a file full of applications at that time his chatting to his colleques.
i ended up looking for the application myself as he was taking his time, he then folded his hands and looked at me
finally found the application MYSELF
i then asked him about the poor service he gave me and his answer was HE HAS A LOT OF WORK
head office must send a Mistry customer you will be SHOCKED at how your staff treats the customers
I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT LOW PRICES COMES WITH A BAD ATTITUDE/SERVICE
