I applied for a mr price account online, however my application was declined. I then emailed my query through and in less the 24 hours i got feedback from Catherine Govender at the mr price group financial services. She also called me but i was unable to answer, she then asked for a convenient time to call back and as promised she did. Even though my application is still under review i really appreciate the wonderful service provided from her. After a bad service experience i had with mr price not so long ago, i need to admit that todays experience really made me a proud shopper of the mr price group. *2 thumbs up for wonderful customer service*
