After what was a shocking experience at Spar, I placed a complaint on Hello Peter and sent it to the Spar Customer Service. Later that day I received a message from the Janine saying that she was trying to get hold of me and asking me to return her call. I have returned her call, sent her emails asking her to call me on my cell phone for the last few weeks, and I have yet to receive a response.
I am shocked at the bad service that I received from the franchise and now the customer care line.
