I posted a Hello Peter report on the 8 Jan complaining about a Spar Tops Store in Cowies Hill. Spar responded and Janeen Burton-Pye left a voicemail message on my phone. Unfortunately I work during business hours, so I cannot answer calls. I found her email address while searching through the spar website, and emailed her asking her to please respond via email as I cannot take calls. I received no response. I then left a comment on the spar website, requesting someone to contact me, which no one ever did. I guess customers just aren't that important to Spar.
