I had 3 experiences at Maytime Spar towards the end of 2013 whereby the barcode pricing was not the same as what the cashier rung up at the till. When I spoke to the 'supervisor" She simply informed me that SHE KNEW... they were too busy with renovations to change the barcodes. I then eemailed the store - and the supervisor phoned me with the same story again. I logged on to the SPAR website to make them aware.
1. 21/11/13 - I logged on to Spar website and reported that Maytime Spar barcode prices were not the same prices being rung up at the till.
2. 22/11/13 - I received a reply email saying that my query would be dealt with within 7 working days.
3. 24/01/14 - I re-sent my email reminding them that I was awaiting their response to me within 7 working days as promised. I received this reply:

Well Mr Pather - since this was escalated to you 2 weeks ago - I STILL have not heard a word. I take it that SPAR doesn't seem to care that some of their branches are dishonest.
I still await a response from SPAR... almost 3 months later!!!
