THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IM COMPLAINING

I HAVE A DAMAGED LOUNGE SUITE, ITS COMING APART, I LAID A COMPLAINT JANUARY 2013, HEAD OFFICE PHONED ME PROMISING THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SORTED OUT PROMPTLY, IT IS MAY 2013 NOW... IN THE MEANTIME I HAVE CHOSEN A SET OF DOUBLE THE PRICE IN THE STORE IN HOPING I WILL BE HELPED QUICKER SEEING THAT IM SPENDING DOUBLE THE PREV AMOUNT, THE WHOLE DEAL HAD TO BE REDONE, HOW CAN 1 DEAL TAKE THIS LOOOOONG??? I HAVE NOW CANCELLED MY ORDER OF THE NEW COUCHES, I STILL HAVE THE DAMAGED STOCK WHICH THEY HAVE STILL NOT COLLECTED.THIS IS TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM FURNITURE CITY.I AM PAYING R2160 PM AND WOULD REALLY APRECIATE GOOD SERVICE.THIS IS NOT FURN CITY MENLYNS"S PROBLEM, THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING THEIR UTMOST BEST TO HELP ME.I WANT ANSWERS TODAY AND COLLECT THE COUCHES TODAY.I DO NOT CARE IF YOU ARE IMPLEMENTING A NEW SYSTEM, I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE JANUARY 2013, I AM FED UP WITH YOUR BAD SERVICE
