Every time I go to this Pick 'n Pay there is a shortage of big trolleys and I receive a bad attitude from staff with regards to the problem. I buy goods at this branch for my company every month (bulk purchase), and will be going to another service provider next time due to this recurring problem. This is a warning that you are loosing customers because you're not looking after the 'small' things they need.
