Ad attitude and bad service

I went to open an account and apparently they opened 2accounts for me and debited my bank account twice, I went to query this and they told me I need to provide bank statement which I did and they told me the turnaround time is 7 working days, I called after 7 working days and the lady that was assisting by the name of Millicent was very rude and told me she will call back. I waited for the call and decided to call back and she told me she is still looking at the system, which are slow or offline. I still waiting for them to credit back my money, the Manager Lebo said I must call head office number: 010 211 0100 which does not go through. I call again and they where rude and hang up on me. I just need my money back and the debit not to go through again twice this month. The service was really and I wouldn't recommend anyone to open account with this company. Very bad service from staff and Manage
